Dunbar
New Build.

A new-build timber-frame home in Dunbar, East Lothian, insulated with hempcrete throughout. Delivered working alongside Graham Durrant of Hemplimespray.

The walls were cast into reusable shuttering between the studs, with sprayed hempcrete used to build up larger areas and around openings, including a striking octagonal window. The result is a solid, breathable wall built for the Scottish coast.
